76ers' G League Affiliate to Host Open Tryouts, Full Details Revealed Ahead of 2026-27 NBA Season

The Philadelphia 76ers' G League affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats, announced Tuesday that they are holding open tryouts in September and October.

Tryouts will take place at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey, on Sept. 12, and at Chase Fieldhouse in Wilmington, Delaware, on Oct. 4. Registration costs a non-refundable $199.

Prospective players will be vying for a spot on a team that won the G League title in 2023, and they would then be just an NBA call-up away from playing alongside LeBron James, Jaylen Brown, Tyrese Maxey, Joel Embiid and VJ Edgecombe with the Sixers.
