LeBron James Posts Workout Videos on Social Media After 76ers Contract in 2026 NBA Free Agency
It didn't take long for LeBron James to hit the gym after announcing his intention to sign with the Philadelphia 76ers as a free agent.
James posted video of his workout session as he prepares for his 24th NBA season.
James' eating habits and exercise routine have become legendary for helping him maintain a high level of play more than two decades into his professional career.
On an episode of his Mind the Game podcast from April 2025, James detailed his offseason workout schedule that includes "five days a week" in the gym when he is "super locked in" for the eight-to-ten weeks leading up to the start of the season.
Since NBA training camps don't open until late-September or early-October, it's reasonable to think this video isn't even James at "locked-in" mode.
It has paid off to the point that James has mostly been able to avoid major injuries through 23 NBA seasons. He has only played fewer than 60 games in a season four times.
