Trae Young Trolls Knicks Fans in Trending Video While Driving Around NYC Amid Fanatics Fest 2026
Washington Wizards guard Trae Young, who is in New York City for Fanatics Fest, trolled Knicks fans with an Instagram story on Friday.
Young, of course, has been Public Enemy No. 1 for Knicks fans since he led his old team, the Atlanta Hawks, to a five-game victory in the first round of the 2021 playoffs. He famously bowed to the New York crowd after the 2021 series ended.
In Nov. 2024, Young told Knicks fans in Atlanta to watch the Hawks' 121-116 home victory over New York to "take your ass home."
One month later, Young blew on imaginary dice and threw them on the Knicks' midcourt logo in the NBA Cup quarterfinals, which the Hawks won 108-100 over New York.
These days, Young plays for the Wizards after the Hawks traded him to Washington last January. It's all but certain that there won't be any love lost when the Wizards arrive in town to play the defending champion Knicks.
