
NBA Summer League 2026 Top Box Score Stats & Highlights for Flemings, Yaxel & More Stars from Day 1
2026 NBA Summer League action in Las Vegas kicked off at the Thomas & Mack Center and Pavilion on Thursday.
The opening day of the event features seven games with notable incoming rookies, including Atlanta Hawks guard Kingston Flemings and Golden State Warriors forward Yaxel Lendeborg set to compete.
Here's a look at some of the top performances from each contest.

While neither team in the opening matchup of the day made a selection in the first round of the 2026 NBA draft, multiple players still stood out.
Joan Beringer, Minnesota's 2025 first-round pick, looked sharp on both ends of the floor as he prepares to step into a larger role after the Timberwolves parted ways with Julius Randle and Naz Reid.
Beringer finished with 18 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks while shooting 7-of-15 from the field in 25 minutes on the floor.
Zyon Pullin, who spent time with Minnesota on a two-way contract last season, led the way with 24 points and a game-high 12 assists. Pullin shot 6-of-14 on field goals.
Kobe Bufkin joined the Pelicans' Summer League squad after appearing in 16 contests with the Los Angeles Lakers during his 2025-26 campaign.
Bufkin scored 30 points on 8-of-16 shooting, including 5-of-9 from behind the arc. He also picked up six rebounds and two assists.

Flemings, the No. 8 overall pick in the 2026 draft, helped the Hawks secure a lopsided win over San Antonio.
While he only scored five points and shot 2-of-7 from the field, he dished out a game-high eight assists compared to just one turnover. Flemings also stepped up defensively, amassing one block and one steal.
Atlanta's other 2026 first-round pick, Zuby Ejiofor, finished with 12 points while shooting 2-of-7 from the field.
Tarris Reed Jr. was a bright spot for the Spurs in the loss, as the No. 26 selection in this year's draft recorded a double-double in a mere 21 minutes of action.
Reed scored 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, connecting on 55.6 percent of his field goals.

Labaron Philon Jr. started off strong for the 76ers, as the No. 22 pick in the 2026 draft scored 11 points in the first quarter.
Philon ended the contest with 18 points, seven assists, three rebounds and one steal. While he only shot 6-of-19 overall, he went 4-of-10 from three-point territory.
Johni Broome was efficient in the win as he prepares for his sophomore season in Philadelphia, tallying 19 points and 13 rebounds while shooting 9-of-18 from the field.
Although the Pistons couldn't secure a win, Ebuka Okorie showed promise in his Summer League debut after he was selected with the No. 17 pick in the 2026 draft.
Okorie scored 20 points on 8-of-16 shooting while connecting on two of his five long-range attempts. He also finished with four assists and two steals.
