The house spans more than 17,000 square feet and features amenities including an elevator, indoor theater, home gym, wine cellar and barber shop, per TMZ.
Sports facilities include a tennis court, batting cage and Olympic-sized swimming pool, according to TMZ.
Davis has earned an estimated $364 million over 14 NBA seasons with four teams, according to Spotrac.
The Lakers traded Davis to the Dallas Mavericks as part of the Luka Dončić trade in February 2025. He was then flipped to the Washington Wizards a year later.
Despite trade buzz surrounding Davis, Andscape's Marc J. Spears reported in June that the Wizards are not listening to offers or considering trading him.
Davis is currently signed through next season with a player option for the 2027-28 campaign. He is expected to seek a max four-year, $275 million extension from the Wizards, per ClutchPoints' Brett Seigel.
