Cameron Boozer, the No. 3 overall pick in the 2026 NBA draft, didn't suit up for the Grizzlies in the contest while Kingston Flemings, the No. 8 overall choice, wasn't available for the Hawks.
Still, Atlanta secured a victory largely due to the efforts of Henri Veesaar.
Veesaar is looking to carve out a rotation role on the Hawks next season after he was picked at the No. 52 spot in the 2026 draft.
He finished with 11 points, five rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block in 24 minutes on the floor. Veesaar shot 4-of-9 from the field, connecting on two of his five attempts from three-point territory.
While the Grizzlies held an early 6-4 lead in the contest, the Hawks quickly responded to take a 28-15 edge at the end of the first quarter.
Atlanta extended its lead to 19 points in the second, but Memphis fought back after halftime to trail by a mere two points midway through the third quarter.
The Hawks took another double-digit advantage early in the fourth and ultimately held on for the win, though.
Brendan Hausen ended the game as Memphis' leading scorer, finishing with 21 points while shooting 5-of-11 from behind the arc. Hausen is a former Iowa standout who agreed to a Summer League deal with the Grizzlies on June 25.

Jazz rookie Darryn Peterson has looked sharp throughout the start of the Summer League, but the No. 2 overall pick in the 2026 draft wasn't available on Tuesday.
Aday Mara and Bennett Stirtz, Oklahoma City's 2026 first-round picks, also didn't compete.
Utah was still able to pick up a win following a strong performance from center Jonas Aidoo.
Aidoo, who spent the 2025-26 season with the NBA G League's Greensboro Swarm, finished with 16 points and 14 rebounds to go along with a game-high four blocks.
The Jazz set the tone early, opening the game on a 7-2 run and eventually leading 53-37 at halftime. Utah led by as many as 37 points in the second half, cruising to the win.
Brooks Barnhizer was a bright spot for Oklahoma City in the loss.
Barnhizer recorded a double-double of his own by scoring 15 points and grabbing 10 rebounds, shooting 5-of-12 from the field. The 24-year-old recently agreed to a two-way contract with the Thunder.
