Giannis' Heat Jersey Number Revealed After Star Teased Change on Video Following Bucks Trade

Giannis Antetokounmpo's number with the Miami Heat has been revealed following a trade that sent him from the Milwaukee Bucks.

The team announced on Monday that Antetokounmpo will wear No. 34, keeping him in the same number he has worn his entire career.

Antetokounmpo had previously said on a livestream that he planned to change his number to No. 7.

"No. 7… that's not a bad number, I'm gonna take that," he said.

The last Heat player to wear No. 34 was Ray Allen, who, of course, helped deliver a championship to Miami, so Antetokounmpo will look to have a similar fate with his new team.

If Antetokounmpo can continue carving out his tremendous legacy in Miami, his No. 34 could end up in the rafters alongside other Heat legends like Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and more.
