Lonzo Ball Says 'Ship Sailed' on Playing with LaMelo in NBA in New Video with LaVar, LiAngelo
Lonzo Ball isn't holding out much hope that he'll ever be able to pair with his brothers LaMelo and LiAngelo on an NBA team.
"Obviously I think we would be fine, I think we would be a good team," he said on The LaVar Ball Show (5:00 mark) when asked by his father how it might go pairing with his brothers on an NBA team. "But I think that ship's sailed."

The eldest Ball remains a free agent this summer, and it's fair to question how much he has left in the tank. While just 28, injuries have negatively impacted his career and he didn't make a major impact for the Cleveland Cavaliers last year (4.6 PPG, 3.9 APG in 35 contests). In the past five seasons, he's played just 105 total games.
LiAngelo Ball, meanwhile, has never played an NBA game and turned to a music career instead. It's hard to imagine him ever getting signed to a team.
That leaves just LaMelo Ball, who was traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves this summer and remains a talented if inconsistent point guard. The Wolves are banking on him and Anthony Edwards providing the team with an exciting duo, though much will depend on Ball remaining healthy (303 games played in six seasons, an average of 50 games per campaign).
