Jaylen Brown's 76ers Jersey Number Revealed in New Video After Trade from Celtics

Jaylen Brown will be donning the No. 7 in his new home.

The Philadelphia 76ers unveiled his jersey on Monday after the stunning trade that landed Brown in Philly for Paul George and multiple draft picks.

Brown also wore No. 7 in Boston.

The move stunned the NBA world and prompted more than a few "analytics vs. the eye test" debates regarding Brown's value to the Celtics and impact on winning in general.

For the Sixers, however, going from the 36-year-old George to the 29-year-old Brown—even at the cost of some draft capital—was a no-brainer. A core group of Brown, Tyrese Maxey, Joel Embiid and V.J. Edgecombe is formidable, and the Sixers are reportedly among the teams LeBron James is considering.
