Lakers' Walker Kessler, Former Miss America Abbie Stockard Announce Engagement in IG Photos

Walker Kessler has had a big offseason.
The new Los Angeles Lakers big man announced his engagement to former Miss America Abbie Stockard on Sunday.
The news comes just days after Kessler joined the Lakers on a sign-and-trade with the Utah Jazz. He signed a four-year, $130 million deal with Los Angeles upon arrival.
Kessler missed all but a few games last season, but he'll look to put together a strong first season in Los Angeles to continue the strong start to his career.
His offseason just got busier, though, as he begins planning for a wedding with his new fiancée.
