Led by first-round pick Cameron Carr's game-high 26 points, the summer Lakers defeated the Heat on Sunday in overtime, 93-91.

The Summer Nets, led by Duke Brennan's double-double, defeated the Bucks on Sunday, 89-69.

The Nets pulled away in the second quarter, outscoring Milwaukee by a 27-12 margin in the frame that gave them a 56-36 advantage at the half.
They cruised through the second half, moving to 1-1 in California in the process. Milwaukee is now 1-1 as well.
