Shams Charania Reveals Screen Time Average from Start of NBA Free Agency in New Video

ESPN NBA insider Shams Charania was extremely busy as free agency started on Tuesday at 6 p.m. ET.

Charania revealed that he averaged 19 hours and 13 minutes of screen time per day from Tuesday through Wednesday during an appearance on NBA Today.

He's no stranger to working long hours during periods of frequent activity among NBA teams, as he previously revealed that he recorded over 20 hours of screen time during the league's 2025 trade deadline day.
