Watch LaVar Ball Campaign for T-Wolves to Sign Lonzo, LiAngelo After LaMelo Ball Trade with Hornets
Following the Minnesota Timberwolves' reported acquisition of LaMelo Ball from the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday, LaVar Ball called for the T-Wolves to bring in his other two sons as well.
In a video, LaVar challenged the Timberwolves to sign both Lonzo Ball and LiAngelo Ball in order to bring the three Ball brothers together in the NBA for the first time:
LaVar noted that the Timberwolves would be able to get Lonzo and LiAngelo "damn near for nothing," and he guaranteed the organization a championship if they sign them.
LaMelo was a one-time All-Star over his six seasons in Charlotte, and Lonzo was No. 2 overall pick in the 2017 NBA draft, although injuries have marred his career.
Signing LiAngelo is seemingly the least-likely move since he has never played an NBA regular-season game and has not been in the G League since 2023.
