Austin Reaves Reacts to $185M Lakers Contract in Golf Course Photo Posted by Girlfriend

Austin Reaves went undrafted out of college and had a tough mountain to climb to even reach the NBA.

Now, he's signed a massive four-year, $185 million contract with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Naturally, he felt "great relief" when his team and the Lakers agreed on the deal, per ESPN's Dave McMenamin. His girlfriend captured his reaction from the golf course.

"That's the picture of a dude that gets more opportunities to win a chip in L.A.," a source told McMenamin.

After Reaves went undrafted out of Oklahoma, he joined the Lakers on a two-way deal. He's since turned into a borderline All-Star, averaging 23.3 points, 5.5 assists and 4.7 boards per game last season.

His contract with the Lakers is the biggest ever for an undrafted player in NBA history, and he's quickly establishing himself as one of the best undrafted players ever.

The goal now for Reaves is to bring the Lakers a championship alongside Luka Dončić, and perhaps LeBron James if he chooses to return to Los Angeles.
