Newly crowned NBA champion Karl-Anthony Towns has labeled himself the greatest shooting big in the past, but he wasn't about include his name among the best ever overall.
Towns chatted with WNBA legend Diana Taurasi for her golf-centric video series. At the 3:44 mark, she asked KAT to name his five top big men in league history.
The New York Knicks star started with the usual suspects: Bill Russell, Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Hakeem Olajuwon. He appeared to settle on Ben Wallace for the fifth spot after being prompted in the golf cart.

Towns said he has emulated Wallace's training regimen to sharpen his own game.
The Detroit Pistons legend doesn't often get included in these sorts of exercises, but there's a reason he earned a spot in the Hall of Fame. He was a four-time Defensive Player of the Year and a six-time All-Defensive honoree.
Despite only being 6'9", Wallace was an imposing presence around the basket and served as an anchor for the Pistons as they won the 2004 NBA Finals and made six straight trips to the Eastern Conference Finals.
Those, like Towns, who grew up watching the Pistons dominate the East don't need to be reminded of Wallace's impact.
