KAT's Fiancee Jordyn Woods Talks Dolan's No Intimacy Pitch, Her Lucky Bag After Knicks' NBA Title
New York Knicks owner James Dolan's pitch for the players to abstain from intimacy during the 2026 playoffs may not have been followed by everyone, but the team still managed to win the NBA championship.
During an appearance on TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle, Jordyn Woods, the fiancée of Knicks star big man Karl-Anthony Towns, revealed her stance on Dolan's idea for players to stay out of the bedroom.
"I heard about it, and I can't say I abided by it," Woods said (5:30 mark). "But I did hear about it."

KAT Hasn't Slept Since Knicks Won Title 🥴

Woods routinely was seen on the sidelines supporting Towns and the Knicks throughout the playoffs, and she became an integral part of New York's run to its first NBA title since 1973, thanks to her lucky designer bag. Woods explained how the good luck charm came to be.
"I made the sample for the playoffs from my brand, Woods by Jordyn, and I started wearing it," she said (0:50 mark). "We won a game. It became a superstition to me, and then it really went viral when I couldn't bring it to a game, and it was the first game we lost in 50 days or something. So that's when the phenomenon really came, when we lost when I couldn't bring my bag."
Woods added that she feels it's time to retire her lucky bag, but she might carry it along for a celebratory trip to Disney World this summer.
"After tomorrow, I'm gonna hang it in the rafters," she said. "The parade, it will come, and then I think she needs a rest. ... Maybe I'll bring her to Disney World, I think she deserves it."
While Woods and Towns have not yet set a date for their wedding, she made it clear that the Knicks' championship run wasn't enough for her to follow in Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's footsteps in holding a ceremony at Madison Square Garden.
"I don't know anything about that, but personally, I would not be having my wedding at MSG," Woods said (4:15 mark). "... I'm OK, I've seen enough of it for a while."
