Jalen Brunson Trolls Mikal Bridges as IG Live Videos Hyping Knicks, Addressing Becky Hammon Trend

New York Knicks wing Mikal Bridges is clearly enjoying himself as the team celebrates the 2026 NBA championship, but Finals MVP Jalen Brunson thinks he's had enough.

After admitting to indulging in some celebratory drinks, Bridges took to Instagram Live for a hilarious stream, and Brunson trolled him by requesting that his phone be taken away:

During his epic rant, Bridges declared that Brunson deserves a statue for leading the Knicks to their first NBA championship since 1973, and he revealed that the floor general was "fueled" by past comments from Las Vegas Aces head coach Becky Hammon in which she claimed New York didn't have "a 1A dude." (Warning: NSFW language.)

Bridges also showed off parts of his house and sang to his dog. At one point, he was joined by New Orleans Pelicans wing Trey Murphy, who said he would visit New York to celebrate with him.

Bridges and the Knicks will keep the celebration going for the rest of the summer, but he might want to take Brunson's advice and put his phone away for a bit.
