
Knicks vs. Spurs Updated Betting Odds to Win 2026 NBA Finals After Epic Game 4 Comeback
The New York Knicks' odds to win the 2026 NBA Finals saw some major shifts during a dramatic 107-106 comeback victory over the San Antonio Spurs in Game 4 on Wednesday.
According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Knicks held -420 odds to capture a championship after coming back from a 29-point deficit to win while the Spurs owned +320 odds.
San Antonio was favored to win the Finals at -165 odds during the third quarter of the matchup. The Spurs initially became the favorite in the first half of Wednesday's contest, as the team took a 27-point lead at halftime.
The Knicks previously held -174 odds to win the Finals after Game 3 on Monday.
The odds were understandable at the time even though the Spurs won Game 3, as the Knicks still held a 2-1 series lead after emerging victorious in the first two games of the Finals on the road.
New York trailed by 29 points on multiple occasions Wednesday, but outscored San Antonio 58-30 in the second half of the contest.
Jalen Brunson scored 36 points for the Knicks in the win, while OG Anunoby chipped in with 33 points on 10-of-15 shooting.
San Antonio recorded 41 points in the first quarter of the clash, leading by 19 points heading into the second. The Spurs held a double-digit edge in the first quarter of every game during the 2026 Finals.
Still, the Knicks were able to come back and take a 3-1 series lead.
