New Jaylen Brown Trade Rumors Leak amid Giannis Buzz as Celtics Star on China Tour
Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown is currently enjoying his offseason by touring China, but that hasn't stopped the trade rumors that have been surrounding him.
While speaking to Bobby Manning of CLNS Media, The Athletic's Sam Amick revealed that the Celtics aren't looking to trade Brown anytime soon.
"There's no sign that they're putting Jaylen out there at all. In fact, they've gone to great lengths after he made those comments after the season to make sure that they were good with him," Amick said (h/t HoopsHype). "All the messaging from the organization and from Jaylen's camp was that there's nothing to see here, just media talk."

Shamet Attracting FA Interest
Brown has been linked to the Celtics' rumored pursuit of Milwaukee Bucks star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is the biggest prize on the trade market entering this offseason. ESPN's Bobby Marks reported a theoretical Celtics offer to the Bucks would "almost certainly" involve either Brown or star forward Jayson Tatum.
However, it now sounds like Boston is hoping to retain its two stars as it tries to bounce back next season, so Antetokounmpo could have to find a different landing spot if he's traded this summer.
