Knicks' Team Airplane Blew a Tire on the Runway Leaving San Antonio, Windhorst Reveals
The New York Knicks encountered a minor hiccup on their way back to the Big Apple following Game 2 of the NBA Finals.
ESPN's Brian Windhorst reported at the 4:12 mark in the newest episode of the Hoop Collective podcast that the Knicks' chartered plane "blew a tire" on the runway.

One eagle-eyed fan noted on social media the team was delayed in taking off from San Antonio International Airport:
Windhorst said the blown tire caused problems for the entire airport as other flights were delayed because the Knicks' plane was blocking access to the main runway.
The team eventually touched down in White Plains, New York, on Saturday evening, so the trip wasn't disrupted too much. New York was afforded ample time to settle back in and prepare for Monday's Game 3.
Up 2-0 with the next two contests at Madison Square Garden, the Knicks are sitting pretty. Blowing a tire on their way out of San Antonio may not be a great omen, though.
