Knicks Come from Behind to Win Game 1
Brunson dropped a game-high 30 points to lead the Knicks to a 105-95 victory and a 1-0 series lead over the Spurs. New York overcame a 14-point second-half deficit to extend its postseason win streak to 12 consecutive games.
Brunson's toughness was also on full display after he was forced to go to the locker room in the first quarter after Spurs forward Harrison Barnes fell into his knee. The 29-year-old returned to the game and dropped 13 of his 30 points in the fourth quarter alone.
Brunson and the Knicks will try to keep the momentum going when they face the Spurs in Game 2 of the NBA Finals on Friday night.
