Spurs Donating NBA Finals Tickets to Nonprofit Groups Benefitting Kids for Historic Knicks Series

The San Antonio Spurs are giving children and their families a chance to attend games during the 2026 NBA Finals against the New York Knicks.

According to Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press, the Spurs will donate up to 1,000 NBA Finals tickets to non-profit organizations in order to "create opportunities for young people and families who may not otherwise have the chance to attend a Spurs game."

Reynolds added that the Spurs have given away 22,000 tickets in all this season to similar causes.

The Spurs and Knicks are set to clash in a rematch of the 1999 NBA Finals with Game 1 taking place in San Antonio on Wednesday night, followed by Game 2 on Friday night.
