Odell Beckham Jr. Discusses Potential Giants Reunion Amid NFL Workout Rumors
Veteran wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is hoping to find a landing spot in the NFL, and his former team could be an option.
Beckham discussed a possible reunion with the New York Giants, saying that he's "hoping for the best."
"You know,ย it's a place I never wanted to leave," Beckham told Brandon London of the New Yorkย Post (h/t Jake Nisse of the New York Post). "And it's just a special place in my heart just to see all these Big Blue jerseys. Just hoping for the best."

Beckham last played in 2024, when he spent time with the Miami Dolphins and recorded just 55 receiving yards in nine games. While it appeared Beckham's career may have run its course, his performance in the Fanatics Flag Football game reportedly led to some interest from around the league.
Among the interested teams was the Giants, who hosted Beckham at their facility in April. Head coach John Harbaugh was asked about Beckham earlier this month.
"Talked to Odell a lot, probably three of four times in the last week, [see] where he's at, where we're at," Harbaugh told reporters. "He's in Arizona right now training and spending time with his son. The goal for right now is for him to train and get as ready as he can be. And then we'll see where we're at at that time."
Harbaugh added that a contract would have to be "right for both parties."
"This is the conversations that we've had. We have just such an honest conversation about it. It's got to be right for both parties," he said. "Odell wants to be the kind of player that can make a difference. I'm pretty sure that he can make a team in the National Football League right now. But can he make a difference and is it something he wants to do and is his body gonna hold up the way he wants it to?"
Earlier this week, wide receiver Gunner Olszewskiย suffered a torn Achilles, meaning the Giants could use some depth at the position. Perhaps Beckham could be the person for the job.
