  • New York Knicks +160

The Spurs (-188) are also favored to win Game 1 against the Knicks (+158).

The Spurs closed out the Western Conference Finals with a 111-103 win against the Oklahoma City Thunder in Saturday night's Game 7.

Wembanyama, who led his team with 22 points in Saturday night's win, was named 2026 Western Conference Finals MVP after the victory.

He is the first player in NBA history to record more than 15 three-pointers and 15 blocks in a playoff series, per ESPN Insights.

Stephon Castle, who ranked second to Wembanyama with 19.4 points per game for the team scoring lead heading into Game 7, added 16 points, six rebounds and six assists in the win.

Both players were instrumental in ending NBA MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's hopes of leading the Thunder to a second straight title.

The Knicks were already waiting for the Spurs after sweeping the Cleveland Cavaliers from the Eastern Conference Finals.

That finished off a streak of 11 straight wins for the Knicks, who completed back-to-back sweeps of the Philadelphia 76ers and Cavaliers to make it to the Finals.

Jalen Brunson led the Knicks over that stretch and ranked third among all postseason scorers with 26.9 points through 14 playoff games.

He was named Eastern Conference Finals MVP after leading the Knicks to victory over the Cavaliers with 25.5 points per game.

That included scoring 38 points in Game 1 as the Knicks overcame a 22-point fourth-quarter deficit to open the series with a victory.

OG Anunoby, who missed two games with a hamstring injury during the second round, returned to play a key role in the Knicks' conference finals win.

Anunoby has so far put up 19.7 points per Knicks playoff game, while Karl-Anthony Towns has averaged a postseason double-double of 16.9 points and 10.6 rebounds.

The 2026 NBA Finals will begin Wednesday, June 3 as the Knicks head to San Antonio for Game 1 against the Spurs.

The series continues in San Antonio Friday before swinging to New York for Games 3 and 4 the following Monday and Wednesday at Madison Square Garden.
