Giannis Says Kevin Durant is 'Best Scorer of All Time,' Toughest NBA Player He's Had to Guard
Giannis Antetokounmpo has had to guard some all-time talent during his career, but he named one player in particular who is especially tough to guard.
The Milwaukee Bucks star called Houston Rockets star Kevin Durant the "best scorer of all time" and said he is the "toughest player" he's ever had to guard.
Durant was the first of his kind in the fact that he's a near-7-footer who can dribble and create shots like a guard. He also has one of the purest jump shots the league has ever seen and is a multi-time member of the 50-40-90 club.
Durant's game is also aging well, as he scored 26 points per game on 52 percent from the field and 41.3 percent from deep in 2025-26 despite being 37 years old.
That kind of play has helped Durant climb to fifth place on the league's all-time scoring list, and he's not done yet.
