The New York Knicks are one win away from their first NBA Finals appearance since 1999 after defeating the host Cleveland Cavaliers 121-108 in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Saturday evening to go up 3-0 in the best-of-seven series.

Point guard Jalen Brunson scored 30 points to lead the Knicks, which shot 56 percent en route to their 10th straight postseason victory.

New York has now also won five straight road games by 10 or more points, tied for the most in NBA playoff history.

Evan Mobley's 24 points led the Cavs, who also got 23 points and three steals from Donovan Mitchell and 19 points, five assists and five rebounds from James Harden.

The Knicks excelled on defense with 10 steals and four blocks on the Cavs, who committed 16 turnovers.

Knicks forward Mikal Bridges added 22 points on 11-of-15 shooting. He has now averaged 19.7 points on 71.1 percent shooting against Cleveland. One series earlier, Bridges posted 17.5 points on 63.8 percent shooting in the Knicks' second round sweep of the Philadelphia 76ers.

New York teammates Karl-Anthony Towns and Josh Hart both stuffed the stat sheet. Towns compiled 13 points, eight rebounds, seven assists and three steals. Josh Hart added 12 points, nine rebounds, five assists and four steals.

Knicks guard Landry Shamet hit three-pointers on three consecutive fourth quarter possessions en route to 14 points. By the time his run was done, the Knicks led 105-91 with 7:14 remaining in regulation.

New York once trailed the Cleveland Cavaliers by 22 points (93-71) in the fourth quarter of Game 1. The Knicks have since outscored the Cavs by 62 points en route to the 3-0 series edge.

They'll now look to sweep the Cavs on Monday at 8 p.m. when they play Game 4 in Cleveland.
