Jordan Son of Mars 'Marvin the Martian' Release Date, Pics and Retail Price
The Son of Mars collection has become a hugely popular label within the Air Jordan community, and the company may very well have released its best version yet Saturday.
The Jordan Son of Mars "Marvin The Martian" edition hit store shelves Saturday, and there has been no shortage of excitement surrounding its arrival.

There is a lot going on when it comes to the "Marvin The Martian" with regard to colors and design, but it all seems to mesh together into one sleek and cool pair of shoes.
The sneakers are primarily black, but they are accented perfectly with a grey midsole, a red interior and a bright green outsole that really pops against the overall darkness of the shoe.

There is no question that they capture the essence of the beloved Tunes character Marvin The Martian, which is significant due to the recent rumors surrounding Cleveland Cavaliers superstar James possibly starring in a Space Jam sequel.
The brand is hot right now, and Jordan takes advantage of it in a big way through its latest release.
Not only do the Jordan Son of Mars "Marvin The Martian" shoes look great, but they also appear to have excellent functionality, as evidenced by these in-action photos from Millennium Shoes:
The "Marvin The Martian" also sets itself apart from many other shoes with features like the large Velcro strap, which de-emphasizes the laces and allows more focus to be given to the form of the sneaker.
Many great Son of Mars shoes have been released recently, including the classic white, black and red color scheme, as well as one that matches the team Michael Jordan owns—the Charlotte Hornets.
There isn't a bad one in the bunch since they all look great and possess the quality that Jordan fans have come to know and love, but based on the manner in which the "Marvin The Martian" design and color scheme together, it can certainly be argued that it's the best of the bunch.
