The San Antonio Spurs blew out the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night to win the second-round playoff series 4-2.
San Antonio scored over 30 points in each of the first three quarters to break the game open in the 139-109 win.
All five Spurs starters found their way into double digits. Stephon Castle led the team with 32 points. Victor Wembanyama had 19 points, six rebounds and two assists.
San Antonio's victory officially set up the Western Conference Finals that everyone has been waiting to see with the Spurs pit against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Spurs went 4-1 against the Thunder in the regular season. Three of those victories occurred during a 12-day stretch in December. They last met on February 4. OKC's only win in the series this season came on January 13.
