Dillon Brooks Reveals If He Hates LeBron James, Explains Attending Lakers vs. Thunder Game on Video
Phoenix Suns forward Dillon Brooks revealed if he hates LeBron James after attending the Los Angeles Lakers' Game 4 defeat at the hands of the Oklahoma City Thunder in the second round of the playoffs.
"No, I really went to go see what OKC was gonna be on," Brooks said during a Wednesday Twitch stream with rayasianboy. "So, I'm watching the series and it's kind of like our series. Where they're in the game first and second quarter. And then, they blow it open."
After Brooks' Suns were eliminated by Oklahoma City in the first round of the playoffs, he was spotted underneath the basket to watch the Thunder sweep James and the Lakers on Monday.
While Brooks may not hate the four-time MVP, he explained why he believes that NBA legend Michael Jordan is a better player than James.
"I think he's just more efficient, like with winning," Brooks said on the stream (0:32 mark).
"He has more championships, he's got more clutch game wins," he added. "He played how many less seasons than LeBron, like six or seven seasons less than LeBron?"
James and Brooks have an extended history of trash talk both on and off the court, which started with the Lakers' first-round playoff victory over Brooks and the Memphis Grizzlies in 2023.
