Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton reacted to the argument between referee Tony Brothers and Minnesota Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch during Game 3 of the Western Conference semifinals on Friday evening between the Wolves and San Antonio Spurs.

The argument began with 5:09 left in the fourth quarter. In essence, Finch was displeased that Brothers didn't grant him a timeout three seconds earlier.

"I [told him], 'I want my three seconds back,'" Finch said, per ESPN's Anthony Slater. "He clearly heard me [call a timeout]. He looked my way, ignored me, went on with the play. Almost cost us a turnover."

Finch then went back to speak with Brothers. Per Slater, he wanted to ask where the ball would be inbounded. That's when the two had another dust-up which led to the two being separated.

"He lost it," Finch said, per Slater.

Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards had this to say: "Competition at the highest level," Edwards said. "We wanna win. Finchy wanna win. Tony Brothers is Tony Brothers. We all love him."

Haliburton clearly loved the interaction, which didn't lead to any technicals.

Minnesota lost the game, 115-108, and now trails two games to one in the best-of-seven series. Game 4 is set for Sunday at 7:30 p.m. ET in Minneapolis.
