76ers' Joel Embiid Shades Refs in Video Over Foul Calls After NBA Playoff Loss to Knicks
Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid didn't hold back when asked about how his team's 108-94 loss to the New York Knicks in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference semifinals series was officiated.
Free throws did end up making a big difference in this game. The Knicks, who were called for 21 fouls, shot 23-of-32 from the free throw line. The 76ers, who committed 25 fouls, went 13-of-16 from the line.

However, New York also out-rebounded Philadelphia 49-33 and shot 50 percent from the field overall compared to Philadelphia's 43 percent mark.
Embiid returned to the lineup in Game 3 after missing Game 2 with an ankle sprain and hip soreness. Meanwhile, the Knicks were missing OG Anunoby due to a hamstring strain.
New York was still victorious on the road (which didn't necessarily feel like a true road game given how many Knicks fans there were in Philadelphia) thanks in large part to Jalen Brunson, who finished with 33 points and nine assists. Mikal Bridges added 23 points, and Josh Hart posted a 12-point, 11-rebound double-double.
The Knicks went up 3-0 in the series and can close the matchup out Sunday when they visit Philadelphia for Game 4. Tipoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET.
