Knicks Jokingly Offer Timothee Chalamet 10-Day Contract After Star's Trending Hoops Video at MSG

Timothée Chalamet has been a consistent presence at Madison Square Garden during the New York Knicks' playoff run, and he might need to be ready to check in next time.

After all, the Knicks responded to an Instagram post from the actor showing him making a contested three-pointer on the team's home floor with a comment that said, "Check your DMs we just sent you a 10-day" (h/t ESPN's Kalan Hooks).

It wasn't the only comment, as Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards also wrote, "Yeah Killa."

Chalamet will likely stick to acting and cheering on the team courtside, though, as he was there again Monday for Game 1 of the second round against the Philadelphia 76ers. He skipped the Met Gala to attend, and New York responded with a blowout 137-98 victory.

He will surely be there again for Wednesday's Game 2, and the Knicks now know he has shooting range if they need a late sub.
