Completed: Detroit's 3-1 comeback.

Cade Cunningham lifted Detroit to a 116-94 Game 7 win over Paolo Banchero and the Orlando Magic, sending Detroit to the Eastern Conference semifinals.

The Pistons withstood a 38-point outburst from Banchero to advance to the second round for the first time since 2008, powered by 32 points from Cunningham.

Behind 32 points on 56 percent shooting, Cunningham added 12 assists for a double-double to lift the Pistons. Tobias Harris provided a spark with 30 points on 61 percent shooting, going 5-of-7 from beyond the arc, along with nine rebounds and three steals.

Duncan Robinson added 10 points, six rebounds and three steals, Jalen Duren recorded a double-double with 15 points and 15 rebounds and Dannis Jenkins chipped in 16 points off the bench.

Orlando's Banchero led all scorers with 38 points and added nine rebounds, but received little support from the rest of the starting lineup, which combined for 40 points.

The No. 1 seed faced scrutiny after falling into a 3-1 series deficit against No. 8 Orlando, dropping Game 1 in Detroit and both road games in Orlando.

But the top seed in the East, which finished 60-22 in the regular season, did not go down easily, rallying to win the final three games of the series.

Cunningham led the Pistons throughout, finishing as the high scorer in all seven games. He scored at least 25 points in each contest and averaged 32.4 points per game for the series.
