LeBron James Makes Hilarious Comment About Texans' Will Anderson Jr., Resemblance to Bronny in Video

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James joked Friday about the resemblance between his son, Lakers teammate Bronny James, and Houston Texans All-Pro pass-rusher Will Anderson Jr.

LeBron praised Anderson's ability as a player and quipped, "That's my fourth child. Him and Bronny are twins and don't nobody know it."

Anderson was on hand for Game 6 of the Lakers' first-round playoff series against the Houston Rockets on Friday, and he helped LeBron up to his feet at one point:
