Stephon Castle led the San Antonio Spurs to a 120-108 Game 3 win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday night, giving them a 2-1 series lead in their first-round NBA Playoff matchup.
Castle delivered an outstanding performance, finishing with 33 points and five assists to help San Antonio steal a game in Portland.
The Spurs trailed by as many as 15 points and were without Defensive Player of the Year Victor Wembanyama, who remains sidelined with a concussion, but mounted an impressive comeback to secure the road victory.

De'Aaron Fox added 18 points along with four rebounds and six assists and Dylan Harper exploded off the bench for a double-double of 27 points and 10 rebounds. Luke Kornet also contributed a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds in the win.
The Blazers used a 23-7 run in the second quarter to take a 65-59 halftime lead behind 11 points from Deni Avdija and 14 from Scoot Henderson. De'Aaron Fox had seven at the break and finished with 17 for the Spurs.
San Antonio responded with a 23-12 run in the third to tie it at 85 and carried an 88-87 lead into the fourth quarter.
A revamped Spurs lineup disrupted Portland late, as the Blazers faltered down the stretch and San Antonio pulled away to secure a 2-1 series lead.
The winner of the Trail Blazers-Spurs series will advance to face the winner of the No. 3 Denver Nuggets vs. No. 6 Minnesota Timberwolves matchup in the Western Conference semifinals, with Minnesota holding a 2-1 edge.
Game 4 between San Antonio and Portland is set for Sunday in Portland.
