LeBron James Reacts to Steph Curry Wearing Nike LeBron 10 IDs in Trending Video From Warriors-Lakers

Stephen Curry showed respect to LeBron James through his shoes during Thursday's clash between the Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Lakers.

Curry, currently a shoe free agent, wore James' Nike LeBron X ID on the bench as he sat out of the contest.

"Out the vault," James said of Curry's shoes.

Curry split with his long-time shoe partner, Under Armour, in November after more than a decade with the brand. His final shoe with Under Armour, the Curry 13, came out in February, but he reportedly won't wear them.

Since becoming a shoe free agent, Curry has gotten to experiment with different shoe brands and models. He's also used it as a chance to get creative, often paying homage to a city, team or player with the kicks he's wearing.

Earlier this week, Curry warmed up in a pair of Kevin Durant's signature shoes before taking on the Houston Rockets, giving a nod to his former teammate.

It's still unclear where Curry will end up next, but he likely has plenty of shoe brands vying for his commitment. The 11-time All-Star is one of the most marketable athletes of all time, so any time he releases a shoe or branded apparel, it's going to fly off the shelves.

He'll likely wait till the offseason to make a shoe decision at this point. His main focus is on taking the Warriors to the playoffs at the moment.

Golden State has secured a play-in spot, so it will have to win a few games to secure either the No. 7 or No. 8 seed. Curry is working his way back from a lengthy absence due to a knee injury and missed Thursday's contest.
