Duke is now two victories away from winning the East Region and clinching its second consecutive Final Four appearance, as it'll face the winner of Sunday's matchup between Kansas and St. John's in the Sweet 16.
TCU fought hard to open Saturday's game, taking a 15-12 lead early in the first half.
While the Blue Devils eventually jumped back in front and held an eight-point advantage later in the half, the Horned Frogs stayed within striking distance and only trailed 38-34 at halftime.
TCU also looked sharp to begin the second half and briefly held a two-point lead, although the excitement was short-lived.
Duke outscored the Horned Frogs 39-18 over the final 15 minutes of game time, leading by as many as 25 points and cruising to the win.
Boozer was hardly the only key contributor for the Blue Devils, as four of their five starters finished with at least 12 points.
Sophomore guard Isaiah Evans scored 17 points on 6-of-14 shooting, while senior forward Maliq Brown dropped 19 points, nine rebounds and one block.
Duke's entire rotation routinely crashed the glass, pulling down 42 rebounds as a team compared to just 25 for TCU.
After head coach Jon Scheyer's squad avoided an upset against No. 16 Siena in the first round on Thursday, the Blue Devils' second March Madness win was much more convincing.
