Steph Curry Pays Tribute to Vince Carter, Wears Nike Shox BB$ in Photo Before Warriors vs. Raptors

Stephen Curry gave a nod to Toronto Raptors' legend Vince Carter on Tuesday night, wearing his Nike Shox BB4's from 2000 to the arena ahead of the Golden State Warriors facing the Raptors.

It's not the first time he's referenced an opponent or team legend based on that night's opponent:

Curry currently doesn't have a shoe deal after cutting ties with Under Armour in November. He's maintained his standalone Curry Brand, however.

"What Curry Brand stands for, what I stand for and my commitment to that mission will never change," he said in a statement in November. "It's only growing stronger. I'm excited for a future that's focused on aggressive growth with a continued commitment to keep showing up for the next generation."
