Derrick Rose, Adidas Bringing Back AdiZero Rose 1 'Bulls' Signature Shoe Before Jersey Retirement

Adidas is bringing back an iconic signature shoe ahead of an NBA legend's jersey retirement.

Chicago Bulls icon Derrick Rose will have his jersey retired on Jan. 24, and the sneaker company is giving fans the chance to purchase his first signature shoe, the AdiZero 1, to celebrate the occasion. The shoes will retail for $130 and will be available starting Jan. 17.

Rose's first signature shoe was released in October of 2010, which was fitting since Rose would go on to win the 2010-11 NBA MVP, making him the youngest MVP in league history.

Rose went on to release 16 signature shoes with Adidas, the latest being the Adidas D Rose Son of Chi that came out in 2023.

Rose played 15 seasons in the NBA, retiring in 2023-24 after spending that season with the Memphis Grizzlies. The most iconic moments of his career came while a member of the Bulls, where he spent his first seven seasons.
