2026 NFL Mock Draft Predictions for Nation's Elite Prospects
The final week of the NFL season means everyone will be looking at the standings this week. Some teams will be looking because the playoffs are right around the corner. Others know it's mock draft season.
The final order isn't set in stone just yet, but there's a clear enough picture at the top to start thinking about how things might shake out.
The Raiders enter Week 18 with a 2-14 record that has them picking first right now, but the New York Giants, New York Jets, Tennessee Titans and Arizona Cardinals are all knotted up at 3-13 so plenty of movement could still take place.
For now, let's take a look at how the draft could shake out for some of the nation's top prospects based on the order right now.

Latest Draft Order from Tankathon
1. Las Vegas Raiders: QB Fernando Mendoza, Indiana
2 of 4
It's been a storybook season for Fernando Mendoza. The former Cal quarterback transferred to Indiana as a relative unknown on the national stage in college football to a Heisman Trophy winner with an inside track to being the No. 1 pick.
Meanwhile, the Raiders are experiencing a nightmare this season. On paper, they had the makings of a dynamic offense. In practice, it's been a disappointment in just about every sense.
That's why they are trending toward the No. 1 pick and why Mendoza is the logical answer. He's led a talented Hoosier team to a Big Ten title, the No. 1 seed in the College Football Playoff and an undefeated season.
Here's B/R scout Dame Parson on some of his biggest strengths:
"High football IQ and quick post-snap processing. Mendoza reads coverages well, identifies vulnerabilities based on the play call, and takes advantage of them. He has a natural, strong understanding of how to play quarterback. Mendoza dissects defenses quickly and efficiently from the pocket. The speed of his mental process, paired with his quick decision-making, will fit into most NFL offensive concepts/structures."
2. New York Giants: WR Jordyn Tyson, Arizona State
3 of 4
A pure wide receiver hasn't gone in the top two of the draft since Calvin Johnson in 2007. Travis Hunter broke the mold last draft, but he was taken that high, in part, because he played both offense and defense.
So if Jordyn Tyson were really to go this high it would be something we haven't seen in nearly 20 years. The Arizona State wide receiver has been in a heated battle with Carnell Tate as the top receiver on Bleacher Report's big board throughout the season.
In reality, the No. 2 pick could become a hot commodity on the trade market. There are only two quarterbacks in this class likely to draw top five consideration in Mendoza and Oregon's Dante Moore. The Giants could get strong compensation to move back a few picks for a team trying to get Mendoza or Moore.
If that's the case then the Giants would still do well to add Tyson. He drew a comparison to CeeDee Lamb from B/R scout Dame Parson.
3. New York Jets: QB Dante Moore, Oregon

The New York Jets search for a long-term starter at quarterback has been tumultuous, but they are in a good position to end it this spring. Right now, they are trending toward having the third pick in the draft.
They also have 12 picks in this year's draft if they need to sweeten a deal to move up to get one of them. In this scenario, we are staying away from trades and projecing that the Jets will get to take their guy at No. 3.
However, they have the ammo to move up all the way to No. 1 if the top pick holder is willing to listen to offers. Moore might be rated behind Mendoza on our big board, but the margin has closed throughout the season.
"Mentally, Moore plays with poise inside the pocket," B/R scout Dame Parson noted in his scouting report. "He is not easily rattled or thrown off his game. Moore shows the leadership and respect of his teammates on the sidelines that NFL coaches will love."
That's the kind of mental makeup that it will take to thrive in New York. It makes Moore an intriguing fit to carry the banner for Aaron Glenn's regime in Year 2.
