Kevin Durant Claps Back at Fans Trolling Him Over Thunder Exit, MJ, Kobe and More
Houston Rockets star Kevin Durant is using his day off to fire back at fans on social media.
Durant tweeted up a storm on Wednesday in response to fans calling out a video of him comparing Hall of Famer Dwyane Wade to Los Angeles Clipper star James Harden.
One fan claimed that the 37-year-old doesn't share the same mindset as legends like Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson and LeBron James, so he provided a trolling response.
Another fan brought up Durant's departure from the Oklahoma City Thunder to sign with the Golden State Warriors in 2016, and he again chose to troll with his reply.
In the midst of the tweet storm, Durant admitted that he feels fans constantly try to push back on his opinions because they never forgave him for leaving the Thunder.
Durant long has been known for his social media activity, so Wednesday's clap-backs are nothing new.
The Rockets (16-7) will be back in action on Thursday when they visit the New Orleans Pelicans (5-22).
