Knicks' Karl-Anthony Towns Posts Photo of Timothee Chalamet Call After NBA Cup Win
The Marty Supreme marketing campaign got another boost on Tuesday night courtesy of Karl-Anthony Towns after the New York Knicks' 124-113 victory over the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Cup championship game.
Towns posted a picture on Instagram after the win of his celebratory phone call with actor and hardcore Knicks fan Timothée Chalamet.

The Knicks' All-Star center even helped promote Chalamet's new movie by captioning it "Marty Supreme Approved" as they were celebrating.
Chalamet is taking up the mantle as the Knicks' most famous supporter. The Oscar-nominated actor is a frequent presence at Madison Square Garden, including receiving Towns' game-worn jersey after a win over the Memphis Grizzlies last season.
To be clear, we are not disrespecting Spike Lee as the Knicks' most loyal and iconic fan. He even has a leg up on Chalamet because he was sitting courtside in Las Vegas to watch their win.
Chalamet, who was heavily featured at courtside during the Knicks' playoff run last season, recently said on Carmelo Anthony's podcast that their 2025 postseason was "the most fun period" of his life.
Things might be even better for the 29-year-old looking ahead to 2026. He is a frontrunner to win the Best Actor Oscar for Marty Supreme and this Knicks team looks even better than the one that reached the Eastern Conference Finals last season.
