NBA Cup 2025 Bracket Scenarios, Standings Ahead of Knockout Round

The knockout rounds of the 2025 NBA Cup are right around the corner, and seven spots remain available.

The NBA revealed the full list of scenarios for Tuesday and Wednesday's Cup Night games, which will precede the final slate of group stage games on Friday.

In the Eastern Conference, the Toronto Raptors are the only team to clinch a spot in the knockout rounds by winning Group A, while the Indiana Pacers have already been eliminated. No Western Conference team has clinched its group as of yet, but the Utah Jazz and New Orleans Pelicans were eliminated as well.

While the majority of teams are facing elimination over the next few nights, a small crop can punch their tickets to the next stage. The Milwaukee Bucks and Miami Heat will be facing each other on Wednesday, and either team can clinch Group C in the East with a win in that game and a loss by the New York Knicks against the Charlotte Hornets.

Over in the West, the Los Angeles Lakers can clinch Group B with a win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night, while the Clippers need a win on Tuesday and a loss by the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday against the Pelicans. The Portland Trail Blazers can win Group C simply by winning Wednesday's matchup against the San Antonio Spurs.

The quarterfinals of the 2025 NBA Cup will be held on Dec. 9-10, followed by the semifinals on Dec. 13 and the championship game on Dec. 16. Both the semifinals and championship rounds will be played in Las Vegas.
