"Tweaker" was released in January and immediately became an online sensation, earning Ball a music deal with Def Jam. The song reached the No. 1 spot on the US Rhythmic Billboard chart and became a staple in post-game locker room celebrations. Ball even scored a feature from Lil Wayne on the official remix.
Ball's first studio album, League of My Own, was released in July under Def Jam. He confirmed the following month that he's officially retired from basketball to focus on music.
