Fantasy Football Week 9 Tips, Trade Value Rankings for Top 100 Players

Timothy RappOct 30, 2025

You don't have time to waste.

The bye weeks are hitting hard, injuries are piling up and we're already past the halfway point of the fantasy regular season. If ever there was a time to swing a major trade, it's now.

That's where the trade chart comes in, a handy guide designed to help you get the best possible value in your fantasy deals. Each week, the chart is compiled using 12-team PPR formats in mind, so keep your league's unique lineup and scoring formats in mind.

Any players not listed have a trade value of one. The number in parentheses next to a player's name is his value over replacement player (i.e. how many fantasy points he's worth per week compared to the best non-starting-caliber option at his position; check out last week's trade chart for a more in-depth explanation of VORP). We've also listed the 12 best flex options so far this season, based on points scored per game played, to give you an idea of how to value those options..

And as always... may the fantasy points be with you!

Trade Value: 25 (Don't Trade Him)

Titans Colts Football

1. Jonathan Taylor, RB, Indianapolis Colts (16.4 VORP)

2. Christian McCaffrey, RB, San Francisco 49ers (13.9)

Trade Value: 22

4 of 22
Jets Bengals Football

4. Ja'Marr Chase, WR, Cincinnati Bengals (7.8)

5. Bijan Robinson, RB, Atlanta Falcons (10.9)

As mentioned last week, Chase's VORP might look a little bit low compared to the other players in this range, but he's been on an absolute tear since Joe Flacco was acquired and made the starter. His value is sky high.

Trade Value: 20

5 of 22
Bills Panthers Football

6. Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Detroit Lions (9.3)

7. James Cook, RB, Buffalo Bills (9.0)

8. De'Von Achane, RB, Miami Dolphins (8.9)

9. Josh Jacobs, RB, Green Bay Packers (8.8)

Trade Value: 19

6 of 22
Texans Seahawks Football

10. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Seattle Seahawks (8.6)

Trade Value: 18

7 of 22
Commanders Chiefs Football

11. Rashee Rice, WR, Kansas City Chiefs (10.9)

We still have a small sample size with Rice, so it's hard to know if his production through two weeks will be his norm or is simply a nice run. That also makes it hard to know if he's a great sell-high option or a player you should be consider to be borderline untouchable. For now, the recommendation is to lean more towards the latter.

Trade Value: 17

8 of 22
Commanders Cowboys Football

12. Javonte Williams, RB, Dallas Cowboys (7.9)

13. Amon-Ra St. Brown, WR, Detroit Lions (7.5)

Trade Value: 16

9 of 22
Eagles Football

14. Saquon Barkley, RB, Philadelphia Eagles (5.3)

15. CeeDee Lamb, WR, Dallas Cowboys (5.2)

Barkley and Lamb are players who should be fantastic in the second half of the season. The Eagles have started to figure out their offense under new coordinator Kevin Patullo in recent weeks, with the run game finally popping off in Week 8.

And Lamb is the top option in a Cowboys passing attack that has been fantastic all season. Both players project to have even more value in the second half of the season.

Trade Value: 13

10 of 22
Packers Football

16. Trey McBride, TE, Arizona Cardinals (6.1)

17. Tucker Kraft, TE, Green Bay Packers (6.1)

18. Patrick Mahomes, QB, Kansas City Chiefs (5.8)

Yes, we're bumping the value down of this tier by three compared to the Barkley-Lamb tier. The top 15 players in fantasy are simply on a different level this season, or have the upside to be on that different level.

As for this tier, the early concerns about Kraft's fantasy value being so reliant on touchdowns have been mitigated by his 19 targets in the past two weeks, or his 12 receptions for 201 yards in that time. It's clear he's building a fantastic rapport with Jordan Love, and his role is secure in Green Bay's offense.

It doesn't hurt that the Packers keep finding ways to get him into the end zone. Kraft has emerged as one of the truly elite options at not only his position, but in fantasy in general, and if you are trying to secure him in a trade get ready to pay a hefty price.

Trade Value: 12

11 of 22
Vikings Chargers Football

19. D'Andre Swift, RB, Chicago Bears (5.2)

20. Kyren Williams, RB, Los Angeles Rams (5.0)

21. Drake London, WR, Atlanta Falcons (2.3)

22. Justin Jefferson, WR, Minnesota Vikings (1.9)

Both London and Jefferson have pedigrees that suggest they'll be more valuable going forward than they've been to start the season. Jefferson will probably benefit from the return of J.J. McCarthy, who should be an upgrade over the erratic Carson Wentz. He also has been targeted 43 times in the past four games, a good sign that his role in Minnesota's offense remains secure.

Trade Value: 11

12 of 22
Commanders Cowboys Football

23. Bucky Irving, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7.3)

24. Jake Ferguson, TE, Dallas Cowboys (5.0)

When Irving is on the field, he's awesome. His bump down the trade value chart is more about his struggles staying healthy this season.

Trade Value: 10

13 of 22
Giants Eagles Football

25. Dallas Goedert, TE, Philadelphia Eagles (4.3)

26. Josh Allen, QB, Buffalo Bills (3.7)

27. Lamar Jackson, QB, Baltimore Ravens (4.6)

28. Tyler Warren, TE, Indianapolis Colts (3.8)

Trade Value: 9

14 of 22
Browns Patriots Football

29. Quinshon Judkins, RB, Cleveland Brown (3.1)

30. Ashton Jeanty, RB, Las Vegas Raiders (3.0)

31. Garrett Wilson, WR, New York Jets (3.1)

32. Breece Hall, RB, New York Jets (3.2)

33. Jalen Hurts, QB, Philadelphia Eagles (3.0)

34. Drake Maye, QB, New England Patriots (3.0)

Trade Value: 8

15 of 22
Vikings Chargers Football

35. Jaylen Warren, RB, Pittsburgh Steelers (2.9)

36. Derrick Henry, RB, Baltimore Ravens (2.5)

37. Kimani Vidal, RB, Los Angeles Chargers

38. Travis Etienne Jr., RB, Jacksonville Jaguars (2.4)

39. Jayden Daniels, QB, Washington Commanders (0.6)

40. Rome Odunze, WR, Chicago Bears (2.0)

41. Emeka Egbuka, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1.9)

42. A.J. Brown, WR, Philadelphia Eagles (FLEX 9)

43. Davante Adams, WR, Los Angeles Rams (2.2)

44. Michael Pittman Jr., WR, Indianapolis Colts (2.2)

Vidal's VORP is hurt by his limited role earlier in the season when Omarion Hampton was healthy, but in his three weeks as the starter he's rushed 60 times for 261 yards and a touchdown, adding eight catches for 39 yards and another score. That's been good for an average of 16.6 fantasy points per week, a number that would make him the RB10 in the 2025 season.

We don't know when Hampton is going to return, which means Vidal's long-term fantasy value is a bit mysterious. But Hampton was still in a walking boot last week, a sign that he might still be at least a few weeks away.

Bye weeks can hit hard, meaning Vidal is a viable trade target even if he only has a couple of games left as the starter. It's very possible he's going to have a much longer run than that, however, making him a potential gamble worth taking on the trade market given how good he's been as the starter.

Trade Value: 7

16 of 22
Colts Chargers Football

45. Jaxson Dart, QB, New York Giants (2.6)

46. Brock Bowers, TE, Las Vegas Raiders (0.8)

47. J.K. Dobbins, RB, Denver Broncos (1.8)

48. Chase Brown, RB, Cincinnati Bengals (1.3)

49. Oronde Gadsden, TE, Los Angeles Chargers (2.5)

50. Travis Kelce, TE, Kansas City Chiefs (1.7)

51. Chris Olave, WR, New Orleans Saints (1.3)

52. DK Metcalf, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers (1.2)

53. Ladd McConkey, WR, Los Angeles Chargers (FLEX 2)

No player has seen their trade value skyrocket as much in the past few weeks as Gadsden, who has 19 receptions for 309 yards and two touchdowns in his last three games on 22 targets.

The Chargers have a lot of weapons in the passing game, but Gadsden and McConkey are emerging as the two most reliable threats for quarterback Justin Herbert. Your instinct might be that he's a sell-high candidate, given the small sample size here, but his production feels sustainable. Gadsden might actually be better viewed as a buy-low candidate who is only going to continue developing chemistry with Herbert.

Trade Value: 6

17 of 22
Cowboys Broncos Football

54. George Pickens, WR, Dallas Cowboys (4.9)

55. Zay Flowers, WR, Baltimore Ravens (0.2)

56. Jordan Addison, WR, Minnesota Vikings (2.5)

57. DeVonta Smith, WR, Philadelphia Eagles (0.9)

58. Daniel Jones, QB, Indianapolis Colts (1.7)

59. Bo Nix, QB, Denver Broncos (1.5)

60. Justin Herbert, QB, Los Angeles Chargers (1.4)

61. George Kittle, TE, San Francisco 49ers

62. Dalton Kincaid, TE, Buffalo Bills (1.6)

63. Kyle Pitts Sr., TE, Atlanta Falcons (1.2)

Trade Value: 5

18 of 22
Bills Panthers Football

64. Aaron Jones Sr., RB, Minnesota Vikings

65. Dak Prescott, QB, Dallas Cowboys (0.5)

66. Matt Stafford, QB, Los Angeles Rams (0.5)

67. Rico Dowdle, RB, Carolina Panthers (2.3)

68. Kareem Hunt, RB, Kansas City Chiefs

69. Courtland Sutton, WR, Denver Broncos (0.3)

70. Nico Collins, WR, Houston Texans (FLEX 4)

71. Deebo Samuel, WR, Washington Commanders (0.5)

72. Jaylen Waddle, WR, Miami Dolphins (0.2)

Dowdle is probably still in something of a timeshare with Chuba Hubbard, but recent comments from head coach Dave Canales suggested that it might be Dowdle who sees the bigger workload, and thus retains far more fantasy value.

"Chuba has meant a lot to his organization, certainly to the identity that we wanted to build our team on, and we wanted to give Chuba the opportunity to go out and continue to impact our team in a positive way," Canales told reporters this week. "We cannot ignore that Rico has been exceptional in a couple of games, and then in the opportunities he's had over the last two weeks. He's made some excellent plays. Love the tempo and violence that he's running with. And these are all things that we're talking about and working through this week."

Buy low on Dowdle if you can. Some fantasy players might still be spooked from the platoon over the past two games, but there's a good chance this will be a much more Dowdle-centric backfield going forward.

Trade Value: 4

19 of 22
Seahawks Jaguars Football

73. Brian Thomas Jr., WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

74. Tee Higgins, WR, Cincinnati Bengals

75. Sam LaPorta, TE, Detroit Lions (0.6)

76. Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Cleveland Browns (0.6)

77. Alvin Kamara, RB, New Orleans Saints

78. Tony Pollard, RB, Tennessee

Trade Value: 3

20 of 22
Raiders Football

79. Keenan Allen, WR, Los Angeles Chargers (1.5)

80. Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Carolina Panthers (FLEX 6)

81. Romeo Doubs, WR, Green Bay Packers (FLEX 5)

82. Wan'Dale Robinson, WR, New York Giants (FLEX 8)

83. Khalil Shakir, WR, Buffalo Bills (FLEX 10)

84. Troy Franklin, WR, Denver Broncos (FLEX 11)

85. Kayshon Boutte, WR, New England Patriots (FLEX 12)

86. Marvin Harrison Jr., WR, Arizona Cardinals

87. Tre Tucker, WR, Las Vegas Raiders (FLEX 1)

If you're wondering why Tre Tucker is at the bottom of this section despite being the top-ranked flex, it's simply because nearly half of his fantasy points this season came in Week 3's huge performance against the Commanders (eight catches for 145 yards, three touchdowns and 40.5 fantasy points).

Trade Value: 2

21 of 22
Packers Steelers Footbal

88. Terry McLaurin, WR, Washington Commanders

89. Ricky Pearsall, WR, San Francisco 49ers (FLEX 3)

90. David Montgomery, RB, Detroit Lions (1.3)

91. Woody Marks, RB, Houston Texans

92. Kenneth Walker, RB, Seattle Seahawks (0)

93. Zach Charbonnet, RB, Seattle Seahawks

94. Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, New England Patriots

95. Jacory Croskey-Merritt, RB, Washington Commanders

96. Stefon Diggs, WR, New England Patriots

97. Christian Watson, WR, Green Bay Packers (FLEX 7)

98. Quentin Johnston, WR, Los Angeles Rams (0.4)

99. Rashid Shaheed, WR, New Orleans Saints

100. Chuba Hubbard, RB, Carolina Panthers (1.5)

Watson had a promising debut game this past week (four catches for 85 yards). We'll see if the Green Bay deep threat can differentiate himself from a crowded receiving group.
