Wemby Tops LeBron, Cooper Flagg as PSA's Most Collected Cards of 2025 NBA Offseason

It's safe to say there is no shortage of Victor Wembanyama hype ahead of the San Antonio Spurs big man's third NBA season.

In fact, he topped the list of PSA's most-collected NBA player cards during the 2025 offseason while finishing above LeBron James, Cooper Flagg and others.

Here is a look at the full top 10:

DENVER NUGGETS VS GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS, NBA
  1. Victor Wembanyama: 29.5k cards graded (San Antonio Spurs)
  2. LeBron James: 23.8k (Los Angeles Lakers)
  3. Cooper Flagg: 21.3k (Dallas Mavericks)
  4. Stephen Curry: 13.5k (Golden State Warriors)
  5. Anthony Edwards: 10.7k (Minnesota Timberwolves)
  6. Stephon Castle: 10.4k (San Antonio Spurs)
  7. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: 9.8k (OKC Thunder)
  8. Luka Dončić: 9.2k (Los Angeles Lakers)
  9. Amen Thompson: 6.5k (Houston Rockets)
  10. Matas Buzelis: 5.9k (Chicago Bulls)

There are some expected names on that list with some of the NBA's biggest stars in James, Stephen Curry, Anthony Edwards, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Luka Dončić in addition to Wembanyama.

But there are also some notable young players in Flagg, Amen Thompson and Matas Buzelis. Card collectors were surely looking to bolster their collections with the young players before they potentially become massive stars.

Nobody stands out more among the young players than Flagg, who was the only rookie in the top 10 and saw a 75 percent jump in card submissions from June to July when he was selected with the No. 1 overall pick.

Flagg figures to be the face of the franchise for the Dallas Mavericks for the foreseeable future, especially after they traded Dončić to the Los Angeles Lakers last season. He could also help the team make the playoffs as soon as his rookie campaign while playing alongside Anthony Davis, Kyrie Irving (when he returns) and Klay Thompson.

Perhaps Dallas will even face Dončić and the Lakers in the playoffs, which would also mean dealing with James. The King may be 40 years old, but he is still drawing the attention of card collectors who made him the second-highest collective active player this offseason.

That No. 2 spot was fitting since he is also the second-most collected basketball player in history behind Michael Jordan.

Perhaps Wembanyama can eventually challenge Jordan's crown considering this is the second offseason in a row when he was the top player on the list. He is also fourth all-time, which is astounding given his relative inexperience in the NBA.

Yet there is seemingly no ceiling when it comes to the Spurs star, both on the court and in the card-collecting game.
