Week 6 Fantasy Football Cheat Sheet for Sleepers in Deep Leagues
Believe it or not, Week 6 is already upon us. The Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants will kick off the action on Thursday night, and 14 other games will soon follow.
While fantasy managers only have to contend with two teams—the Houston Texans and Minnesota Vikings—being on bye this week, that still leaves them without the likes of Justin Jefferson, Nico Collins, Jordan Mason and Nick Chubb. Add in a long list of injuries, and the need for sleepers is fairly obvious.
Fortunately, a few good ones may still be available on the waiver wire in your league.
Before we dive into this week's list of sleepers to target, let's take a look at some updated point-per-reception (PPR) flex rankings.

Deep Sleeper: Kimani Vidal, RB, Los Angeles Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers recently placed rookie running back Omarion Hampton on injured reserve with an ankle injury. Najee Harris is already out for the year, which means a new back is about to become fantasy-relevant in L.A.
Unfortunately, it's hard to pinpoint which one. Hassan Haskins was the backup and is a relatively "safe" waiver target this week. No. 3 back Kimani Vidal finished Week 5 with only one fewer touch than Haskins, and he averaged nearly two yards per carry more.
The Chargers are also likely to add another back to the mix at some point.
Claiming Vidal off the wire would be a pure gamble at this point, but it could pay big dividends in Week 6. The Chargers are set to visit the Miami Dolphins, who have surrendered the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season.
Vidal is available in more than 90 percent of Yahoo and ESPN leagues.
Deep Sleeper: Isaiah Bond, WR, Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns recently traded Joe Flacco to the Cincinnati Bengals. This means that, for now, it's the Dillon Gabriel show in Cleveland. That may or may not be good news for rookie receiver Isaiah Bond, who caught just two passes for 29 yards with Gabriel at quarterback last week.
What is good for Bond is his growing role in the offense. He saw a season-high seven targets in Week 5 and played over half of the offensive snaps for the third straight week. With Cedric Tillman on injured reserve, Bond is the Browns' No. 2 wideout.
Now, Cleveland's offense isn't great, and it relies heavily on tight ends and rookie RB Quinshon Judkins. However, Bond's explosive potential makes him a viable deep sleeper against the Pittsburgh Steelers this week.
Pittsburgh has surrendered the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season. Bond is still available in more than 90 percent of ESPN and Yahoo leagues.
