Man Explains Giving Harrison Bader Home Run Ball to Angry Phillies Fan in Viral Video
One of the most notable moments in baseball over the weekend wasn't something that happened on the field, but rather in the stands.
During Friday's game between the Philadelphia Phillies and Miami Marlins at LoanDepot Park, a father came away with a home run ball hit by Harrison Bader and gave it to his son.
Afterwards, a woman confronted the man for grabbing the ball before she could get it. Rather than arguing back, the man handed over the home run ball.

Drew Feltwell, the man who gave up the home run ball, later explained his reasoning.
"Still in disbelief that she walked down there like that," said Feltwell, per the Associated Press (h/t NBC10). "Just trying to set an example of how to de-escalate a situation in front of my son, I guess."
Things didn't work out too badly for Feltwell and his son, however, as they later had the chance to meet Bader and received a signed bat from him.
Feltwell said that, all things considered, things worked out well for him and his son.
"I wish I had the ball for my son to put in his room next to the bat, but if I had the ball, I probably wouldn't have gotten the bat, so it worked out fine," said Feltwell.
