Kobe Bryant Tribute Photos, Videos Posted by Lakers, Vanessa Bryant on 'Mamba Day'

The Los Angeles Lakers posted several images and videos of Kobe Bryant on social media Sunday, paying tribute to the late NBA legend on the annual "Mamba Day."

Vanessa Bryant also honored her late husband with a series of Instagram posts, which included an image on what would've been his 47th birthday on Saturday.

"We love and miss you and Gigi so much," Vanessa wrote in the caption. "Sending our love to you. Happy birthday, baby."

Kobe and his 13-year-old daughter, Gigi, were among the nine people that died in a tragic helicopter crash in Jan. 2020 while heading to a youth basketball game.

Kobe spent the entirety of his iconic 20-year NBA career with the Lakers, currently sitting atop their all-time scoring list. He won five championships and earned 18 All-Star nods as a member of the organization, receiving MVP honors during the 2007-08 season.

He was posthumously inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in May 2021.
