Anthony Davis Lists Los Angeles Mansion for $39.9M After Trade from Lakers to Mavs
Following his change of scenery during the 2024-25 season, Anthony Davis is reportedly putting his Los Angeles home up for sale.
The Dallas Mavericks star is listing his eight-bedroom mansion in Bel Air Crest for $39.9 million, via TMZ Sports.
Davis was traded from the Los Angeles Lakers to the Mavericks on Feb. 2 as part of the blockbuster swap that resulted in Luka Dončić eventually wearing the purple and gold.
The home that Davis is selling is 17,254 square feet and contains an elevator, theater, game room, wine cellar, home gym, barber shop and a separate lounge (via TMZ Sports).
The backyard of the property also features a lighted tennis court, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, an outdoor chef's kitchen as well as a batting cage. There are also multiple fire pits and covered patios in the yard.
Davis is coming off another dominant two-way season, earning the 10th All-Star nod of his career. He averaged 24.7 points, 11.6 rebounds and 2.2 blocks per game while shooting 51.6 percent from the field across 51 combined appearances with the Lakers and Mavericks.
